The certification of NDT specialists
The certification of NDT specialists is carried out in Ukraine for I, II and III (highest) qualification levels in accordance with the requirements of national standard DSTU EN 473:2008 "Non-destructive testing – Qualification and certification of NDT personnel – General principles" in the field of voluntary certification. The certification of NDT personnel with the purpose to confirm the qualification level of specialists by one or few NDT methods of industrial production for the specific purpose to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of the NDT results is provided by Personnel Certification Bodies (PCB) with the appropriate authority.
This means that the competency certificates issued by accredited Personnel Certification Bodies of NAAU received the official recognition in Europe and are valid in all countries included in the EA.
